Postill Lake Lodge Ltd

We very much enjoyed our trip to Postill Lake Lodge. The cabin was clean and everything that they said would be in it was there and working. Those people who complain about not having hot, running water or washroom, need to read the descriptions for each cabin more carefully because you get exactly what they describe for each cabin. We were in cabin 11 which had its own washroom and shower and hot water with a full stove and oven set up, which is exactly what we wanted. Fishing was ok, never caught anything large enough to bother eating so we let them go, was windy at times but it was fun just fishing off the dock. I do wish there was more actual hiking trails but great if you have an atv or motorcross/bike.

Wonderful retreat less than an hour from Kelowna. If you like privacy or enjoying a beautiful day on a canoe, then this place is for you. The staff are incredible and I have created a new tradition where I book the next stay on checkout day so that I can start the countdown to my next trip there. Some fellow campers noticed a flat on my car while I was there this week and Jay was able to fill up my tire with his handy dandy inflator so that I could get home. This is an example of fantastic, above and beyond service. Highly recommend this gem of a resort.

My buddy booked a few cabins for us up here for his birthday! The cabins were awesome. The fishing was great, we rented a couple boats the second day and had an amazing time. Would definitely go back!

The service was good — especially for RV guests. However, I wouldn’t recommend this place for tent camping. The road leading there is about 15 km of gravel, which makes the drive quite rough. On the positive side, open campfires were allowed, which was great for enjoying the outdoors.

What a great place to get away. Drive isn't rough at all if youre used to the outdoors and driving on a dirt road rather than pavement no potholes or boulders. The lake itself is beautiful and fairly large. We rented a boat for 2 hours, even in the rain and it was a wonderful experience. The cabin was clean and close to the lake. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Definitely a place to go back to every year

We forgot our camping chairs, and they brought us 2 of their own deck chairs! Super friendly.

I stayed here 4 times and all was fine. I took a campsite B9 and B8. There is no Internet but you can purchase a 24hr access for $5. Downloads are very slow, so download before. It is a small site but the lake is beautiful. It is very quiet :) I plan on making this a yearly trip. Dogs are allowed on leash. It has a long dirt road leading up to it and you might even see a bull heading up (about 10-15km).

We really enjoyed our trip here, between 4 families we stayed in cabins 10 and 6. The cabins were very clean and comfortable, pet friendly which was amazing! Weather wasn't the best but we were expecting that and made the best of our trip. Enjoyed getting out on the lake for kayaking, and fishing. Views were stunning. Staff was very accomodating. Our kids had a blast in the main lodge playing games as well as on the playground. Overall great family vacation would definately return!
